Mobile App Permissions

Our mobile app requests the following device permissions:

• Camera — used only when you choose to upload a photo with a product review. Photos are not captured in the background and are uploaded only when you tap “Upload”.
• Photo library — used only when you choose to attach an existing photo to a review.
• Internet — required to browse products, sign in, and place orders.

We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone audio, or any data from other apps on your device.

Account & Authentication

You can sign in with email + password or with Google Sign-In. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google; we do not receive your Google password. Your session is stored securely on your device (encrypted keystore on mobile, httpOnly cookies on web) and is used only to keep you signed in.

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with trusted third-party service providers:

• Payment gateway — Payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers.
• Shipping provider — Order shipping and delivery tracking. We share your shipping address and order details to fulfill deliveries.
• SMS provider — OTP verification and transactional SMS notifications.
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication provider. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the data Google processes.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can update your profile information from your account settings or contact us directly.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from the mobile app (Profile → Delete Account) or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion removes your name, email, phone number, addresses, saved payment tokens, and review content within 30 days. Order records are retained in anonymized form to meet tax and accounting obligations required by law.

Children’s Privacy

Lavrit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
